Law of attraction meaning:

The definition of the term ‘Law of attraction'(LOA) is a person can attract anything that they think. The philosophy of the law of attraction claims that one’s thoughts determine their reality.

What is the law of attraction?

The Law of attraction simply means what we want, we will get it. What we desire for and continuously sending messages to the universe about the wanting of our desires. The universe will reciprocate our desires. What we constantly think in our mind, we create our reality with that. Our subconscious mind copies that and we will receive what we are attracting, through our consent desire of wantedness. This is called the law of attraction.

The idea that what we put out has been already around since buddha times.

The principle states that empty spaces do not exist. Thus it is important to make positive changes in our day-to-day life.
our mind needs refreshment all the time. So always be free from the past and clear your mind for what’s coming forth. To attract our desire we have to have opened up for new opportunities.

Harmony with the present:

Make your present the best and think of what we have instead of hankering about things we do not have. As we clear our way for the new upcoming so it is clear and most prominent that we will receive what we wanted.

How law of attraction work?

Law of attraction works under certain conditions that to include in our lifestyle:

  • we have to be Grateful.
    -We have to VIsualize our goals.
  • open for positive in every situation.
  • Also we have to learn how to identify negative thinking
  • Listen to affirmations
  • Get out from negative events in a positive way.

According to the law of attraction, we create our own reality. what we focus on grows. this is the root of the law of attraction. It also suggests what we believe will happen. I have my own personal experience with this in one of my epiphanies.

The law of attraction is not an immediate cause of results. it takes time. As we continue to cultivate our gaze on our gaols. We started to see a positive inclination towards our goals.

How to practice the law of attraction?

  1. Meditate:
    through meditation, one could clear up his/her mind. this is for beginners who are trying to apply the law of attraction in their day-to-day life. meditation is the key point where one can introspect his/her thoughts. Once we clear our minds, it’s very easy to cultivate positive thoughts.

2. Journaling

Journaling helps a person to check on his thoughts and what it is is going through. Write want to want it and what is bothering you. the bothering is simply meant that something is in your life that is resisting you to manifest your own reality.

  1. Set goals:
    write your goals that what you want in your life and do not add things that you do not want. as above already stated that. “what we focus on grows”. And be grateful for your present. if you are not grateful to your present time. there will be resistance and the universe may block the blessings which you are going to receive.
  2. Visualize:

visualize what you want, day and night being grateful for what you have instead of thinking you don’t have. We always have options to choose from to better thoughts. So once you clear clutter your mind. you will be aware of what’s going in your head. This practice will help you manifest and attract what you desire.

  1. Affirmations:
    listen to the affirmations that will help you a lot focusing on positive thoughts. LIstening to affirmation is very healthy for your mind. Mind is always worried about the past or the future. the first point of practicing meditation will help you relive your life in the present moment. Then through affirmation one can cultivate positive thoughts.

Law of attraction techniques for beginners:

  1. Visualize through writing
    This is the first technique for beginners, hold the pen and start making a list of words/ phrases that denotes the thing that you want to attract. Write about it and visualize it as you write.
    for example, if you wish to have a car. Start thinking and writing about it. Soonly and moreover you will realize that it starts visualizing also. Keep fantasizing about it and you get the results or the opportunity to have one.
  2. Set alignment and expectations:

This technique is very prominent, for this, you have to close your eyes and imagine that you already have what you are hoping for. Set a time parameter, not an immediate one. but as you know how you can get it and How it will going to work for you.

  1. Stick to an object

For this technique, you have to find a small object that reminds you of the thing which you wanted to attract. A crystal is a good example that you can associate as an object. Or any kind of thing a stone from your favorite vacation.

  1. Live “As If”
    keep reminding yourself and keep it as playful as it could be. For this technique, you have to keep a certain belief that what you want you have already have. suppose you want a loving partner. Assume that he/she is already with you. the more you fantasize about the thing. the more universe will get your message about your desires. Regrets and disregards became resistance in the process of the law of attraction.
  2. Keep Gratitude

Gratitude plays an important role in manifesting whatever you are desiring. So you have to fill your heart with gratitude and thankfulness before manifesting anything you want in your life. Gratitude catalyzes the process of the law of attraction.
