The Shadow is a psychological term that is the reflection of our own true self, hidden buried deep beneath under our negative emotions. Generally, we all take great efforts to save our Self-image from anything that is unflattering or unfamiliar to us. It’s much easier to observe another shadow self before acknowledging our own.
Exploring one’s shadows self can lead to greater authenticity, creativity, energy, and self-awakening. As we put most of our energy to conserve our being letting to touch any anomaly. Introspection will help a lot in ones reaching adulthood maturity. Most people are traumatized by their childhood itself. Covering their delicate part untouched by any stranger who can walk onto them with dirty feet.
What is shadow work?
The term “Shadow work” first came to light by Famous psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Carl Jung. According to neuroscientist Tara Swart, Ph.d., it prominently means that the part you reject is the Dark side of yours. Unexplored. They are Hidden subconscious minds and they are the part But we are all blind to those parts of our personalities. Because we Do not want to acknowledge them or consider them. Thus we are totally blind to it.

As we repress our shadow, we start to project the same qualites onto others. In Psychology, it is called Projection. Whatever we repress we start to project onto others.
The repression Projection is our subconcious act. Our ego use this mechanism to defend itself. What we present as our goodside is our Ego representation.But definetly ie. we are NOT. The ego maintain our day to day life on working. Managing our professional as well as personal connection through by a false good identity. which we actuallly are not NOT. We started to see the Reality through NOT lense. These NOT lense Filters everything which we kept hidden and donot wanted to see. Those things which we ignore are our darkside. The represssion of darkside begin reflecting onto others through the Filter NOT glass.
This distort the defination of reality and create a thck boundry between how we perceive ourselves and how we behave amoung others.
How to know when the Shadow self is present?

When someone is deep-diving into thoughts of Shadows work prompts, then there will lot of emotions surface.
